# DeviceOps.ai > DeviceOps is a mobile device virtualization platform. It boots virtual Android devices from the official firmware of real phones (Samsung One UI, Google Pixel, Xiaomi HyperOS, ASUS, Nothing OS) on Arm64 servers, and creates digital twins of real phones for app testing. It runs as SaaS on deviceops.ai, in the customer's own AWS account (private cloud), or on-prem. DeviceOps is a product of Cunda.ai. Key facts: - Not an emulator: devices run the phone maker's own system image (OEM interface, system apps, device identity), rebuilt for virtual hardware, natively on Arm64 (AWS Graviton in the DeviceOps cloud), with no x86 translation. - More than 100 catalog images are verified to boot across Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, Xiaomi, ASUS and Nothing models. Each image is tested for boot, ADB, display and touch; its limitations are listed in the catalog. - Bring your own firmware: customers upload official OEM firmware they are entitled to use. DeviceOps does not redistribute OEM firmware. Checksums and rights declarations are recorded in an audit log. - Digital twins: connect a real phone over ADB; DeviceOps captures the model, firmware, installed apps, APKs and selected settings, then launches a virtual copy on the same model's firmware. Personal data, accounts and hardware keys are not copied. - Access: live screen and touch in the browser; standard adb and Android Studio through a per-device, time-limited TLS tunnel; versioned REST API with idempotent requests; signed webhooks (Standard Webhooks); snapshots and clones; session recordings. - Security: every device runs in its own VM with network isolation (no access to the host, internal network, cloud metadata service or other devices); organizations are isolated; roles (owner, admin, member, tester, viewer) and scoped, expiring API tokens; audit log; encrypted disks and nightly backups. - Limitations: camera, cellular modem, sensors and hardware security chip are virtual. Features that need real secure hardware, such as Samsung Knox, mobile wallets and strong Play Integrity attestation, do not work. - Pricing depends on device count, concurrency and deployment model; there is no public price list.
